The Edwardian period was much shorter than other previous architectural periods however the pace of the building means that it often dominates the number of period houses up and down the country. The unique aspects of ornate porches, front gardens and good sized gardens are key characteristics of this period.
This skirting was taken from a beautiful house in Kent and has a clean simplicity that works very well in defining quality on a room.
Simple line with a scooped top dropping to a rounded raised section before finishing with a flat section to the floor.
